COSI SELF SERVICE CHECK-IN KIOSK

We are proud to deliver the First and the most innovative Hotel Guest SELF SERVICE CHECK-IN KIOSK to Centara COSI hotels on Sep 5, 2014

Central Plaza Hotel Public Company Co.,, Ltd. had awarded Direct Commerce Technology CO., Ltd. on August 30, 2013 to develop their Cloud Integrated Property Management System (IPMS) including the SELF SERVICE CHECK-IN KIOSK, to be used for the group newest hotel brand, COSI Hotels. In addition, The Cloud IPMS also provides the hotel guests with a SELF SERVICE PORTAL so that guests can login to manage their bookings, self-check-in, select floor number and room number, upload passport photo & digital signature, and obtain the Electronic Door Pin Code to enter the guest room upon arrival. Even more, guests can also inform the hotel their exact arrival time, special request, get direction to the hotel and nearby attractions right from the SELF SERVICE PORTAL. Still more, once at the hotel, guest can provide review, check balance due, make online payment, obtain receipt from the SELF SERVICE PORTAL.
